"Sample FIS Analysis"
- A typical example of the results of an FIS Analysis plotted against depth. This example is "clickable" yielding a detailed description of the
general interpretation of each of the 25 distinct depth curves.
"Sample FIS Analytical Report"- An example of an "FIT Analysis" final report. One such report is issued (in hard copy) for each individual well analysed and the analytical results are also provided electronically in "LAS" format. In addition to the results and interpretation of the FIT mass spectral analysis, the report may also contain:
  • photomicrographs documenting the presence (or absence) of  petroleum-bearing fluid inclusions at specific horizons
  • lithologic information, derived from "tops" files or electronic logs submitted with the analytical request
  • graphical representation of the log curves themselves
  • any additional geochemical information provided with the technical service request or performed as part of the FIT Analysis
Note: The "Sample Analytical Report" shown here is taken from an actual well analysis.
